What is your Delivery Policy ?
Delivery is to the nearest container port in your Capital City. Local delivery varies from country to country and is usually arranged by the purchaser,however we can organize it at your cost from this end if need be.

How is the unit installed?
Installation requires minimal setting up and can be easily followed in the instruction booklet.If you require
One of our team to visit it will be arranged with additional cost factor, ie. Fares accommodation.

What type of training do you provide?
Training is usually a matter of hands on and can be handled by instruction booklet, It mostly revolves around horse handling skills which you would have already and would take no more than one hour. It can however be arranged at time of purchase.

What would I have to do to prepare my location?
The sites recommended size is a level slab 20’by20’by4” thick so as to allow for chiller and horse traffic around the spa..It should have roof at least 9 foot over the top of the spa.

Power needed will be ascertained at time of purchase and will be appropriate to what ever that country needs. However what is constant with any country is the need for access to 18/20 amps for the chiller.

Where would I obtain replacement parts?
Parts can always be purchased from Equine Spas P/L, But great care has been taken to use only parts that are available round the world. You can E-mail us for advice as to your nearest supplier.

What warranty do you offer?
The spa has a limited warranty for 12 months. Terms of which will accompany the unit.

How often does the water need to be changed?
The spa is equipped with a excellent filtration system proven effective over seven years of constant usage, So much so that the water does not have to be changed for several years as long as a cleaning routine is strictly followed. Daily! along with regular measured doses of super chlorine.

What material is the spa made of?
The spa is made up of a galvanized steel box section frame covered with high quality fiberglass.
The self contained water tank is insulated which helps insure against loss of temperature in hot weather.
All fittings are of 316 S/Steel.

What are the spa dimensions?
The spa and pallet are within the dimensions 8 ft. by 8ft.by 6ft H.and weighs 1 Ton.

What chemicals are used?
These consist of swimming pool Super Chlorine powder form. Epsom Salts 75kgs.Pool Salt 25kgs and are available in all pool shops except the Epsom Salts which is from hardware and or horse feed stores.
